What Have I Been Working On?
I have contacted a few friends who I know that do work in different creative media. One of them works on making YouTube videos of game footage and the other creates custom game maps for Call of Duty in his spare time.
I spoke to the two of them asking if there is anything I could write for the which could be used in their work and both of them said that they could do with some music written to fit their material. The two tracks I needed to make were a simple orchestral track and a small drum and bass loop. This seemed like a fairly simple task as this was something I had some experience in previously having written some music pieces for coursework.
I took on the tasks as it seemed like something i would enjoy doing and would be something of mine which would be released and heard by people online.
The two tracks I created for my clients are located on the two tabs above, which will discuss the approach i took to each track and how i came to the final result.
